About Us

Forge is an amazing initiative for young adults who are making the transition from school to the next stage of their lives. It provides a safe and fun environment for these individuals to explore their own interests and develop new skills.

Forge offers a multitude of activities, both in our purpose-built centre and in the community, that can help participants build relationships, cultivate their talents, and learn new skills. With the guidance of experienced support workers, Forge provides a great opportunity for young adults to gain the confidence and experience they need to succeed in their future ventures.

Forge offers:

• Group programs, focusing on:
     -lifelong learning,
     -health & wellbeing,
     -community access,
     -socialisation
• Individual supports which work toward the achievement of personal goals;
• Short Term Accommodation in a purpose built cottage which encourages independence and learning for daily living.

We provide a range of group programs that focus on lifelong learning, health and wellbeing, community access, and socialisation.

Our programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of our participants, and we strive to help them reach their personal goals.

Additionally, we offer short-term accommodation in our purpose-built village that promotes independence, learning, and successful daily living.
